Favorite Almond Snacks

  1. This is the easiest recipe you will ever find. Take however many RAW whole almonds you would like to make and put them in a bowl and cover with cold water. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soften the almonds. The next day, drain the water off and dry them on a paper towel. Put on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt and your favorite spices. I have used garlic powder, chili powder, Old Bay, Tuscan seasoning, and many others. Toss to coat.
  2. Bake in the over at the LOWEST temp your oven has for approximately 2-3 hours. You want to bake them until the almonds are dried out and crunchy. Keep for a quick snack anytime!
