  1. Put spinach in large bowl and top with fruit. In small sauce pan, melt coconut oil. Add sugar and salt and stir continuously over low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and add walnuts and toss to coat. Let walnuts cool and then sprinkle on salad. Toss with poppyseed dressing or serve dressing on the side
