Instructions
  1. Lay pecans on a baking sheet at bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes or until they start to brown slightly.
  2. Pour pecans into food processor and process until they start to form a nut butter.
  3. Stop processing and add cinnamon and salt.
  4. Process again until smooth and creamy and all ingredients are blended well.
  5. Store in refrigerator up to one week.
