garbanzo beans

large bunch
collard greens, trimmed and chopped

cup
shredded carrots

tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

tsp
chipotle chili powder

stone ground Dijon mustard

BBQ sauce
(one with as little sugar as possible)

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
In a large pot, add oil, onion, garlic, & salt and sauté for 5 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients and stir well. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until greens are tender.
