Shrimp and Sautéed Spinach

Instructions
  1. Add 2 T. oil to skillet and heat on medium heat until the oil shimmers. Combine shrimp and seasoning and toss to coat. Add shrimp to pan and sauté until opaque. Add wine to pan and deglaze pan. Put shrimp in bowl and set aside. Cover to keep warm. Add ½ T. oil to same pan and toss spinach until wilted. Add shrimp back to pan and toss together until well combined and hot.
