  1. Lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper. Heat wok and add 2 T. oil. When hot, add eggs. Stir fry until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry. Remove eggs and wipe pan clean. Add 2 T. oil. Add in rice and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Mix in liquid aminos. Add eggs and green onion. Mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
