asparagus
ends trimmed and washed

coconut oil
Unrefined, Extra Virgin
Juice of one lemon

Sea salt

garlic powder

tsp
oregano
dried
1/2
tsp
basil
dried
1/2
tsp
thyme
dried

tsp
chives
dried
Fresh cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Wash asparagus and trim ends.
Place asparagus neatly in the center of a large piece of foil.
Put small pieces of coconut oil on the top.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle all seasonings on top.
Gently fold sides of foil up and wrap them together to make a packet and keep all of the juices inside.
Grill on low heat for 5-7 minutes until tender. If needed, you can cook in the oven at 450 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes instead of using the grill.
