Cilantro "Ranch" Dip
Creamy vegan dip or salad dressing that is wonderful with raw vegetables of any sort. You can spice it up a bit with the addition of jalapeno if you choose.

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Start blending slowly and increase speed, stopping as necessary to scrape sides and push ingredients down towards blades.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Serve as a dip with raw vegetables or as a salad dressing.
