  1. Boil salted water and add chopped broccoli raab and cook for 2 minutes. Scoop out with a slotted spoon and drain in colander. Put water back on heat to boil for pasta and cook according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, sauté garlic, crushed red pepper, and salt in about 1 T. grape seed oil. When tender, add broth and wine. Cook until pasta is done. Strain pasta. Turn off broccoli raab and add lemon juice. Pour pasta back into large pot it was cooked in, and add broccoli raab mixture and toss together. Put on serving plates and top with regular or vegan parmesan or asiago cheese.
