  1. Put chopped kale in a large bowl and top with almonds. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, adding more honey for extra sweetness or chili paste for more heat. Drizzle over kale and use your hands to massage the dressing into the kale to break down the fibers so the kale is not tough. Serve immediately!
