  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash sweet potatoes and scrub off any dirt that is stuck. Slice into ¼ inch rounds. Grease two sheet pans with half of melted oil. Lay potatoes on baking sheet in single layer. Drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 minutes until soft with fork. Eat with skin on or peel it off as you eat. Enjoy!
