Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in food processor except oil and process until crumbs. Add oil and pulse until mixed. Grease an 8" spring form pan and press mixture into bottom. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Key Lime Filling:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth, creamy, and thick. Pour over cooled crusts. Freeze for several hours and then pull out 20-30 minutes before serving to thaw.
