unsweetened flax, almond, or coconut milk

JuicePlus+ vanilla vegan protein powder

toasted pecans
Zest of one lemon

(rind removed)

handfuls
baby spinach

frozen cherries

frozen blueberries
Ice to taste
Instructions
Put milk and protein powder in blender and blend until mixed. Add remainder of ingredients and blend at a high speed until completely smooth and creamy. You can add a few ice cubes t the end and blend well if you like it cold. Enjoy!
