Rotisserie Chicken

Peach Salsa
or your favorite type

onion

Cilantro

salad greens or baby spinach
Use your favorite lettuce, greens or spinach
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Stir well and set aside.
Put chicken in a sauce pan and add salsa. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until warm.
Put 2 cups of salad greens on each plate.
Split chicken evenly on top of greens.
Split jalapeno mixture evenly among plates.
Split avocado slices evenly among plates.
Serve with additional lime juice, salsa or other salad dressing as desired.
