Healthy Hearty Chili (Vegan Optional)
Instructions
  1. Brown the meat over med-high heat in a large pot. Add peppers, onions, coconut oil and salt and cook until soft, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover, turn heat to low and simmer for 15-30 minutes stirring every few minutes. The longer it cooks, the more flavors will blend together, but if tight on time, 15 is fine. Top with chopped fresh cilantro and avocado if desired.
