(our favorites are flaxseed, almond, cashew, or coconut milk)

scoop
JuicePlus+ Dutch chocolate vegan shake powder
½
banana

T.
peanut or almond butter
1
large handful
spinach or kale
Ice as desired
Instructions
Put milk and shake mix in blender and blend until smooth. Add remainder of ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
