Instructions
Brown garlic in coconut oil in large saute pan or wok over med-hi heat.
Add chicken and cook thoroughly (5-7 minutes).
Add broccoli, cauliflower, and jalapeno. Stir chicken broth and bouillon together and add to pan.
While this is cooking, cook Ramen according to directions on package.
Cook veggies, stirring often for 5 minutes.
Plate with noodles on bottom, then stir-fry and top with cashews and cilantro.
