  1. Heat over to 350. Grease 9x9 pan with coconut oil. Blend oats in food processor until they are like flour. Blend in baking soda and salt. Add coffee, beans, vanilla, syrup, coconut oil, cacao powder, and pumpkin. Blend until smooth and creamy. Empty into a bowl and mix in walnuts with a spoon. Spread batter in pan and bake 15-25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
