Ingredients

roasted beets

chick peas, drained & rinsed

Zest of one lemon

Juice of half a lemon

garlic

salt

olive oil
Instructions
Put all ingredients in food processor except for oil. Blend until creamy and smooth. While still blending, slowly add oil and continue to blend until it is mixed well. Enjoy with raw vegetables!
